Catching up: Pandemic insanity

Do not shut down stores. Especially when its cold outside. Do not cut me off from everyone. Especially when I just moved and we don't know anyone around us. I go crazy. Just look at these results!
Having a penny-stacking competition. We decided every weekend to do something memorable so that we could have something to look forward to and to help separate the weeks from each other.
Trying to shoot crossbows between rails on a chair. Gelo kept stealing our arrows.
Rolling pennies as far as we can.
This was we put oreos on our foreheads and had to get them into our mouths using only facial expressions: lots of crumbs in the eyes and Gelo might have gotten a few oreos too.
Blowing Mario cart characters across a table, and shooting rubber bands into the baby chair.

All of these silly competitions had prizes consisting mostly of sugar: we broke our diets so badly, and now Michael and I have Covid-gut and Evelyn looks gorgeous still. Dang teenage metabolisms.

The next week we had a competion with some of our friends to do a photo scavenger hunt. That was pretty fun: here was some of our pictures:
"Getting into Mischief"

"One True Weakness"

"Easter Fallout"

Funny Family Picture

The next week we turned our house into Disneyland: This was a picture of Jungle Cruise. Mostly we took movies, though. We also Did Buzz Lightyear AstroBlasters, and Evelyn was working on Splash Mountain, but we had to clean up for sunday. I'll try to get the ride movies in another post.

The next week we did a family makeover and Truth or Dare. Again, a lot of movies, but we caught these gems:
Daddy was the make up artist for Evelyn
Evelyn was my make-up artist
I did Michael's makeup. He makes a pretty good drag-queen!!
Finally, life started to normalize a bit.
Though, I did have Michael and Evelyn cut my hair!
Food is still the best part of the day!
We took lots more selfies.

We celebrated Easter.

We did lots of yard work. Planted a ton of plants. Then ripped out a lot when they died and planted new ones.
Luckily we have a lot of Evelyn's old toys packed away to pull out for Timothy, so he has lots of new things to experience.

Angelo is getting more patient with Timothy, but he still can't help but release a few stress yawns when Timothy snuggles him.

Timothy likes machines: cars, airplanes, vacuums, lawn mowers, you name it. It kind of funny because as a baby, Evelyn was so terrified of anything that made noise.  But Timothy chases me around and tries to catch the vacuum.

We also have played a lot of basketball. Evelyn almost knows how to play now; poor deprived homeschooled kid!
