For Michael's Birthday, I attempted to make an egg-yolk-only-cake. It turned out delicious! But....it didn't look so delicious. It was very crumbly, so I melted the frosting and simply drizzled it over the cake, which was good because it held it together! My sweet husband didn't mind, and instead of calling it a birthday cake, we dubbed it a birthday crumble!
Now, do you want me to bake your wedding cake???
