Pamela's Pudding-ish Hot Chocolate

In a large saucepan, combine:
2 Tablespoons Hot Cocoa (dutch is the best)
3/4's cup sugar

Then whisk in 4 cups milk.

Separate 4 egg yolks and beat until smooth. 
Whisk egg yolks into milk mixture.

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 
and 1 Tablespoon butter. 

Heat on stove-top at medium to medium high heat until it boils. Enjoy!

**Note: if you like it darker and richer, you can replace the cocoa amount with 1/3 cup of cocoa.

**Note 2: For the Candlelight dinner, I halved everything but the milk: that way we could add Oreos, syrup flavorings, candy-canes etc. without it getting overwhelmingly flavorful and rich.
